The International Health & Safety Award recognizes an outstanding contribution towards health and safety in the performing arts. This award is only given in those years when there is important activity in this area. It can be presented to an individual for a career-long dedication to health and safety as well as for specific initiatives. The International Health & Safety Award was first presented in 1985.
