Exhibitor Kit CD

An Exhibitor Kit CD has been sent to the Stage Expo representative for each exhibiting company and organization. The CD contains detailed information about Stage Expo 2008, with order forms for a variety of services provided by Shepard Exposition Services and other service providers at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

VIP Passes

Each exhibitor has been sent a supply of VIP passes. Please send these free passes to your clients and prospects to make sure that they visit your booth or table at Stage Expo. These passes provide access to Stage Expo 2008 for all three days of the show, at no cost to you. Please contact hpwillard@aol.com if you would like more free VIP Passes sent to you.

Stage Expo Only Times

There are more than 11 hours of Stage Expo Only time, when no program sessions are scheduled and traffic will be heaviest. Stage Expo Only times for 2008 are as follows:

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor representatives have been sent an e-mail message inviting them to register online for exhibitor badges. Please contact Monica Merritt at monica@office.usitt.org if you have any questions about the exhibitor registration process.

Conference Program Listing

Exhibitor representatives have been sent an e-mail message with the information that will be contained in their exhibitor listing in the Conference Program. Please respond to the e-mail message with any changes or to let us know if the information is correct. Any information received after January 31st may be published in the Addendum.

Conference Program Advertising

Many exhibitors advertise in the Conference Program to help draw attention to their Stage Expo booth or table. Insertion orders are due by January 22nd, and new art work is due to the USITT Office by January 31st.
