 2010 is a time to celebrate!
In 2010, USITT celebrates its 50th anniversary and plans are underway to acknowledge all that has changed and all the future holds. The 50th will be celebrated in print, in person, and in cyberspace.
The official anniversary will be celebrated throughout the 50th Annual Conference & Stage Expo to be held March 31 to April 3 in Kansas City, Missouri. The event will be packed with memories of our past and feature the new and exciting plan for the organization’s future. USITT is celebrating the growth and diversity of the performing arts and entertainment industry and all those who are involved with its incredible potential.
In print, the anniversary will be featured in Sightlines, the monthly newsletter for members; inTD&T, the quarterly journal, and with the publication of a book honoring Late and Great American Designers 1960-2010.
On the web, USITT’s anniversary will be celebrated with a redesigned website and new graphics with a bright and bold look. USITT – 50 years of excitement! |
