Annual Conference & Stage Expo
Electronic program proposal forms are now available and should be used for submission by all program coordinators for the 2013 Conference & Stage Expo in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, March 20 – 23, 2013. Electronic submission is available through May 8, 2012 only. All other program submissions must be received by July 1, 2012 in order to be considered for the Annual Conference & Stage Expo in Milwaukee.
Any USITT member may propose future sessions and/or Professional Development Workshops to be held at the Annual Conference & Stage Expo. Please see the 'Instructions for exhibitors and general members' section below:

Milwaukee session and PDW on-line proposal forms are available now. All Vice-Commissioners for Programming should use the electronic forms.
Instructions for Exhibitors and General USITT Member Submissions
The Milwaukee session and PDW forms are now available. All exhibitors and general USITT members can download and complete the proposal forms as MS-word documents. These should then be completed and e-mailed directly to the appropriate coordinator from the list below.
Exhibitors should send their form to Helen Willard who will complete the electronic submission process.
International session proposals should be sent to Marketa Fantova, VP for International Activities, fantova@alfred.edu.
All other session proposals should be sent to Michael Mehler, VP for Programming.
All proposals will be considered based on the overall mix of programs proposed in an effort to maintain quality, variety, and relevance to our constituents.
