Advertisers place ads with JobsUSITT by completing a simple online insertion form. The system shows the cost of the ad placement before payment information is entered. After payment information has been entered, the system confirms that the ads has been submitted successfully and provides a reference code. An e-mail follows to confirm that the ad placement has been successfully transmitted to the USITT office where the staff reviews the placement and process the payment. Once payment has been approved, the advertiser receives a confirmation and receipt via a second e-mail.
Publication Schedule
New ads are published weekly on Thursdays at 12:01 a.m. (MT). Ads submitted by 11:59 p.m. (MT) on Tuesdays will be published on the subsequent Thursday at 12:01 a.m. The JobsUSITT ad rate card (PDF) illustrates the weekly timeline.
Rates
Ads cost $1.00 per word, per insertion ($50 minimum fee assessed for ads containing 49 words or less). One insertion appears for 30 days. For each additional insertion, multiply 30 by the number of insertions. Two insertions equals 60 days and three insertions equals 90 days, etc.
An ad containing 75 words submitted for two insertions would cost $150.00.
75 (number of words) x $1 (rate) = $75 x 2 (number of insertions) = $150.00
USITT Contributing, Sustaining, and Organizational members may be eligible for a discount and should indicate their member status and member number in the space provided on the online ad insertion form.
