Complete a new membership application using one of these options:
ONLINE (credit card payments only) Complete application on USITT's secure server.
PRINT (PDF) Print application and submit by mail or fax. Faxed applications only accepted with credit card payments or purchase orders. Check payments must be mailed.
PHONE (credit card payments only) Call 800-938-7488 (US/CAN) or 315-463-6463 to provide contact information and credit card details, or to request an application by mail.
E-MAIL
To have an application mailed, e-mail your request to the USITT Office.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
USITT accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Purchase orders are accepted from academic or government institutions only; copy of purchase order must accompany membership form. Payment by check should be made payable to USITT in US funds and drawn on a US bank.
Note About Processing
Memberships begin, and are assigned member numbers, only after USITT has received and processed applications and payments. New member welcome packets are mailed approximately one week after applications have been processed. |
