TD&T is a four-color journal offering in-depth, informative articles in a variety of our members’ interest areas including: architecture, costume design and technology, education, engineering, health and safety, lighting, management, scene design, sound design, and technical production. TD&T is published four times per year and is only available to USITT members and as a subscription to libraries.

The Willard F. Bellman Digital Archives of TD&T is a rich resource of information from current and past issues of USITT's journal.  Everyone is welcome to search the extensive database of articles.  In addition, USITT members can read and download PDF copies of articles for their personal research and classroom use.  This archive was made possible in part by efforts of the students, faculty and staff at the California State University  Northridge, Bellman’s home institution.

Writers guidelines are available for those interested in submitting an article for publication in TD&T.
