Proposing Sessions and Professional Development Workshops for the
USITT ANNUAL CONFERENCE
& STAGE EXPO
Electronic program proposal forms are now available and should be used for submission by all program coordinators for the 2009 Conference & Stage Expo in Cincinnati, Ohio, March 18-21. Electronic submission is available through May 8, 2008 only. All other program submissions must be received by July 1, 2008 in order to be considered for the Annual Conference & Stage Expo in Cincinnati.
Any USITT member may propose future sessions and/or Professional Development Workshops to be held at the Annual Conference & Stage Expo. Please see the 'Instructions for exhibitors and general members' section below:

Cincinnati session and PDW proposal forms available now.
Instructions for Exhibitors,
and General USITT Member Submissions
Once the Cincinnati forms are available, all exhibitors and general USITT members will be asked to download and complete the proposal forms as MS-word documents.
These should then be completed and e-mailed directly to the appropriate coordinator from the list below.
Exhibitors should send their form to Helen Willard who will complete the electronic submission process.
International session proposals should be sent to Alexandra Bonds,VP for International Activities.
All other session proposals should be sent to the VP for Programming.
All proposals will be considered based on the overall mix of programs proposed in an effort to maintain quality, variety, and relevance to our constituents.
