USITT Annual Conference & Stage Expo

USITT is working to finalize the hundreds of sessions, special events, exhibits, and meetings which will make USITT's 47th Annual Conference and Stage Expo an event to remember.

Registration and Housing. More complete information about housing, registration, Professional Development Workshops, and regional attractions will be available in the next few weeks. Until more detailed information is available, registration (PDF) and housing (PDF) forms can be downloaded from this page.

Student Volunteer Program Application. Current student members may download the application form (PDF) from September 14 to 28, 2006. They should not submit other registration forms at this time. Student volunteers will receive confirmation of acceptance into the Student Volunteer Program no later than February 1, 2007. If all spaces have been filled, students will be notified and allowed to register for the Conference at the Very Early Student rate. Those not accepted will also be put on a waiting list and, if space becomes available in the program, will be notified and asked to join the program.

Students may only sign up for one of the following:

• Student Volunteer Program
• Stage Management Mentoring Project
• Young Designer's Forum

Students must complete the Required Information section. This information will be used to prepare Student Volunteer assignments.

Stage Expo. Already, more than 85 percent of the booth space at Stage Expo is committed, one of the many signs that March 14 to 17, 2007 will be a time to "be transformed" in Phoenix, Arizona. Anyone interested in more information about exhibiting at Stage Expo 2007 should contact Helen Willard.
