Stage Management Mentoring Project
Students
and young professionals interested in stage management
are given the opportunity to participate in a real life
training exercise coordinating major conference events.
Participants work with professional stage management mentors
to guide the varied and often complex conference events.
Mentors are drawn from the ranks of established professional stage managers and educators
who work in live performance venues.
Individuals interested in the Stage Management Mentoring Project can apply to the program by accessing the Annual Conference & Stage Expo pages of this website a few months prior to the annual event. Students will be notified of their acceptance into the program. Students from degree granting programs should note that the Institue prefers to choose students
from a wide variety of schools.
