| Statement:
NWMSU is located in rural Missouri with a student population of 6,000. The Theatre program is a division of the Department of Communications, Theatre, and Languages and has approximately 60 majors. It produces three mainstage shows per year, and at least two second stage shows and 4-6 Lab Series shows per year. All students receive a well-rounded education and numerous chances to produce work beyond classroom assignments. Graduates go on to teach, attend graduate school or work professionally.
