| Statement:
The University of San Diego theatre major builds upon it's strength: it's small size. Individualized attention and one-on-one co-curricular instruction can lead to dynamic opportunites and realized projects that aren't possible at other schools. We stress a basic understanding of
Theatre as a whole, and have the flexibility for student emphasis in all the technical areas. Strong connections to local regional theatres may result in possible employment as technicians for more advanced, responsible and committed students. The resulting graduates have a
strong generalized understanding of their particular field, leading ultimately to employment and graduate school.
