| Statement:
At SIU-C, we are dedicated to training our MFA students in both design and technology. We believe it is essential that our designers have the tools to make their ideas come to life. We have small numbers of students in our classes so there is much time for hands on creating and for one-on-one work with the faculty. The strength of our program is that we are dedicated to our students' success. We are a faculty of working professionals who enjoy working together to create theater; and our students, both graduate and undergraduate, benefit from that collaborative spirit.
