USITT
USITT, the United States Institute for Theatre Technology, was founded in 1960 as an organization to promote dialogue, research, and learning among practitioners of theatre design and technology.
Today it has grown to include members at all levels of their careers and has embraced the new technologies being used in entertainment. USITT, the largest association for live entertainment design and technology professionals, is now the leader in life-long learning opportunities for this industry.
We are proud to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and purpose-led workplace where every team member contributes to something larger than themselves. Learn more at www.usitt.org.
The next logical step in USITT’s continued growth is to bring our information technology and systems administration in-house to better serve the needs of our staff and our members. We are seeking a motivated person who wants to get in on the ground floor and help us shape our full stack of technology services. In this role, you will help build and maintain the digital tools that power our programs, member services, and internal operations. You will work closely with senior leadership, program staff, and external vendors to deliver reliable, accessible, and user-friendly technology solutions. Salesforce is central to our operations — serving as our member management, fundraising, and constituent engagement platform — and knowledge of Salesforce-based platforms, particularly Nimble AMS, is a vital part of this role.
