Wednesday July 29
Arrive and settle into accommodations
Thursday July 30

10am Private tour of the Fashion Institute of Technology Fashion Museum. Exhibit: Global Fashion Capitols
11am Tour of Carelli Costumes (tenative)
1:00pm  Catered Lunch at IATSE & Wardrobe Lecture - a panel of wardrobe supervisors from Broadway, Film, and other mediums talking about what the different processes for each medium (tentative)
2:30pm Lecture at IATSE with Andrea Lauer on designing costumes in New York City and the way things have changed over time.
4pm Garment District tours (tentative)
6pm Wine and Cheese Reception hosted by the New York Area Section (tentative)

Friday July 31

9am Bus departs from New Yorker Hotel
10am     Tours begin (divided into three groups. First tours begin at 10am)
  First tour of the TDF Costume Collection/ Museum of the Moving Image
  First tour of Helen Uffner Vintage Clothing (Tentative: Teresa Snider-Stein speaks about how designers use Helen’s rental house)
12pm Lunch
1pm Final Tours
3pm Bus returns to Manhattan (TBD) or possible tour of Person of Interest wardrobe guided by Emily Blumenauer at Silver Cup Studios or possible tour of The Good Wife wardrobe with Daniel Lawson (tentative)


Saturday August 1

11am     Backstage Tours The Lion King and others with Kathryn Rohe
12pm Lunch
1pm Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute exhibit: China Through the Looking Glass
3pm Free time to explore the Theater District and Garment Center
5pm Farewell Dinner at Tony's Di Napoli
