Inside USITT: Young Designers & Technicians 2004

  • ABSTRACT: The 2004 USITT Young Designers & Technicians Awards -- given to outstanding students, as well as young professionals, in the areas of design, management and technology in the performing arts -- were presented at the All-Conference Reception, Fellows Address and YD&T Awards on March 18, 2004, during the USITT Annual Conference & Stage Expo in Long Beach. All the participants in the Young Designers & Technicians Awards are nominated by USITT members and their portfolios are evaluated by a panel of experts. This year's award recipients include Nick Bria, Marija Djordjevic, John R. Gruber, Katheryn Monthei, David Swenson, Patricia Marie Nichols, Dustin Efird, Christy E. Dilts, and Alexis Nichols.
