"Ken Vannice and I got to know each other during work on the National Electrical Code back in the 1980’s," said instructor Mitch Hefter. "I learned a lot from Ken, as did many others. We were able to get Ken onto NEC Panel 15, which covers material specific to live entertainment, representing USITT. Since then, we have been able to add other entertainment technical professionals to NEC panels and other committees for Codes and standards that affect our industry."
