The position is Lead Foreman - Assistant Project Manager
Job Duties:
Supervise install forepersons and crews.
Ensure effective project plans are created and maintained as well as kept up to date daily or weekly as appropriate. This includes clearly articulating plus tracking all critical path activities and timelines.
Ensure project plans are executed as required by project management.
Review project specifications and plans and develop specific equipment and project needs for project management and estimating team.
Function as a team lead & ensure effective management of assigned internal as well as external resources toward the common goal of quality and timely delivery of products and services.
Communicate changes to project plans as well as timelines, along with project risks or issues, ensuring the project is tracking to budget and scheduled completion dates.
Monitor risks/issues as they arise; working with project team to respond efficiently for resolution on any risks to the critical path.
Maintain shop and field equipment and inventories.
Communicate jobsite issues timely with project management.
Represent PointWright and its clients professionally at all times.
Travel for installation and production project support.
Perform other related duties as may be required.
Documented industry experience as an install lead, TD, or ATD at the college level.
