Facilities Manager, Beckmen YOLA Center
Responsible for managing the on-site day-to-day facilities operations of the Judith and Thomas L. Beckmen YOLA Center, including site safety and security, site and office operations, facilities budget and project management, and various needs related to program, event, and production support.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in facility or site operations and/or management; Experience in a school, community music school, community center, or performing arts facility preferred
• Knowledge of facility/site best practices, with specific knowledge of security and safety practices for student populations highly desirable
• High proficiency in IT/tech knowledge and skills (including networking, system support and personal computing skills, e.g., MS Suite, AutoCAD), and/or demonstrated willingness to learn; Concert production experience and/or knowledge a plus
• High level understanding of accounting, financial, and budgeting processes, with a proven ability to manage complex budgets and complete projects within budget
