Summary

Job Title: Logistics Admin

Reports to: Director of R&P Delivery

Job Summary:

The Logistics Admin will be responsible for assisting with shop operations department-wide. The position requires immense attention to detail in the logistics process, as well as internally, through the management of rental inventory fulfillment needs. The position must provide excellent customer service for our clients but also work well with the rental shop operations personnel to maintain a productive and profitable rental shop. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management, multi-tasking, communication skills and issue resolution skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manages and fulfills rental inventory overbookings via interoffice transfers and sub-rentals

Works with Shop Management to ensure a seamless transition from an order sale to order fulfillment by rental shop personnel

Works directly with Operations to maintain accurate rental inventory

Works with other departments/offices to ensure “One VLS”

Requirements

Qualifications & Education:

High school diploma

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience with rental management software (IntelliEvent preferred)
