About Lea Ann
Lea Ann Quimby joined the USITT National Office team in March 2018 as the National Office Administrator and currently serves as Senior Manager of Sales & Events. In her role, she oversees exhibit and advertising sales, sponsorship fulfillment, and the coordination of key event logistics for USITT’s Annual Conference & Stage Expo and other programs throughout the year.
Prior to her time at USITT, Lea Ann served as Office Manager and a New York State Licensed Funeral Director for a locally owned funeral home. Though she does not come from a theatre background, she has embraced the opportunity to learn about the field of technical theatre. With the support of USITT’s dedicated staff, board, and Members, she has developed a deep appreciation for the organization’s mission and community.
Lea Ann resides in a suburb of Syracuse, NY, with her husband, Jon, and their two daughters, Hannah and Alexis. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, downhill skiing, and hiking in the beautiful landscapes of upstate New York.
