New USITT Curated Conversation Series “Success Stories” Needs Your Recommendations, Submit via Google Form

September 2, 2022

USITT is launching the series “Success Stories”, which focuses on theatre operation successes, with the purpose of uplifting fellow artists, and focusing on a logical presentation of how they achieved their success. Not just what worked, but what didn’t as well. By seeing the process that these organizations have gone through will inspire, motivate, and guide others.

As a way of making this series from our industry and for our industry, our speaker and panel recommendations will come from you, our membership and industry base. We are looking for recommendations of those groups that have put policy to practice, and are really following through on their goals and guidelines. You do not have to be a member of USITT to recommend, all are encouraged to submit! To learn more, listen to USITT’s Technically Speaking episode with the web series' host.

Our first Success Stories web series focus is “Creating Positive Workplace Environments." What organizations have you worked for that truly make you love doing your job? What specific policies and procedures do they have that builds this positive workplace? If you know of a company’s workplace culture and thought, “others should be doing this too," share that suggestion here. Click on the Google Form here to submit your recommendation. The form should take less than 5 minutes.
