USITT is excited to announce Kaylee LaClair as our 2026 Satter PMMP! The Carolyn Satter Production Management Mentorship Program (Satter PMMP), generously funded by Immediate Past President and Fellow, Carolyn A. Satter, supports an individual who has begun their professional career as a production manager in live entertainment by providing them the chance to manage events and connect with a production manager mentor at our Annual Conference & Stage Expo.
While at USITT26 in Long Beach, Kaylee will be part of our exclusive Conference Event Production Team, acting as an integral lead in producing our energizing Main Stage and Expo Stage events throughout Conference. Kaylee will work directly with the Event Producer, Artistic Director, and Technical Producer.
"I am incredibly honored to be the 2026 PMMP - I look forward to giving back to USITT, which has blessed me with so many opportunities these past few years," said Kaylee. "I’m already bringing back knowledge, experience, and skills to the local non-profit community theatre I production manage with in Montana. By being able to share opportunities and education PMMP has given me, I am helping others develop strong theatre in communities where it is needed most.”
Kaylee will be guided by a well-established production manager, assisting them through each event and becoming a fixture in their career growth, lending their advice, skills, and knowledge to them for a year post-Conference and beyond.
"I would like to thank the Great Falls Theatre Company for helping develop and support my board leadership training, as well as my mentors in production management, stage management, and leadership that have helped encourage, development, and inspire me.
By being able to participate in the Sherry Wagner-Henry Board Fellowship I am able to take the education I learn back to my community to help serve the local performing arts community. I have been heavily involved in many programs and opportunities with USITT since 2019, and I am looking forward to giving back to USITT and my community."
