Designed for beginners through intermediate engineers, the session welcomes students, emerging creatives, and professionals seeking a refresher or deeper understanding of networked audio. This event will be the first in an ongoing series aimed at expanding access to high-level technical training.
“We’re beyond excited to begin this training series with our studio partners at Digital Audio Denmark,” states Elle Graham, Studio Manager, Squeak E. Clean Los Angeles. “Over the past year, we’ve been refurbishing our space at 1014 Vine Street, formerly Crystal Sound and Barefoot Studios, with a strong focus on both analog and forward-thinking digital infrastructure that is more accessible to a wider range of artists and producers.”
“This is a cool opportunity for the Los Angeles music community, especially the next generation of creators, to explore new digital possibilities in a transparent environment. We’re looking forward to welcoming organizations like Women’s Audio Mission and We Are Moving The Needle, along with students and emerging engineers, into the space.”
“Squeak E. Clean is a sterling example of a thoroughly modern recording complex using networked audio to optimize their workflows for maximum creativity and production flexibility ,” adds Kurt Powell, VP of Sales, North America for DAD. “This new training series will showcase that incredible infrastructure to the next generation of audio engineers and explore the endless possibilities of Dante that will power the music of the future.”
