We get it — sitting behind a screen all day can be taxing. We want to help eliminate video fatigue during USITT21 with some fun and interactive activities.
If you're an avid yogi, into stretch breaks, mediation, Zumba, or any activity that allows participants to regain focus and/or get their blood pumping, consider volunteering to lead a welll-being segment during USITT21! The breaks will range anywhere from five to 50 minutes in length.
