Northern Boundary is a Regional Chapter of USITT which brings together entertainment designers and technicians from Iowa, Minnesota, and the Dakotas. Our membership includes industry professionals, educational faculty and staff, students, entertainment service companies, and many other technical theatre practitioners at all levels.
