LER Rigging, a Dallas-based provider of rigging solutions, has appointed Clare Forbes-Black as its new sales operations manager. She will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring coordination across sales, invoicing, customer support, and internal workflows as the company continues its rapid growth.
