SPECIAL CODES FOR SAVINGS
If you've received a special code because you attended as a First-Timer in either St. Louis (2023) or Seattle (2024), you may use your savings at any time up during the period Nov. 12, 2024 through Feb. 28, 2025. Codes are not valid for registration onsite at event. Only current Members or those who join at registration may use their code during the Members Only Pre-Sale period, Nov. 12 - Dec. 2, 2024. New Memberships, including expired Members who rejoin, which are purchased with a Conference registration, will expire on June 30, 2025 and the Membership fee will be  prorated. Memberships are not refundable in whole or in part under any circumstances. All sales are subject to the terms and conditions of the USITT Sales and Refund Policy.
