If you have an innovative and educational session idea for next year’s Conference OR a Forum webinar proposal to be presented throughout the year, USITT wants to hear from you!
It's that time again where we call on you to submit your Conference session ideas for our Annual Conference & Stage Expo. See below for details and to submit.
NEW THIS YEAR: This is the first year we are accepting proposals for our Forum webinars, so let's hear your ideas! If you have an educational topic you've been dying to share, a topic that may not fit into the Conference session niche, or you'd like to present your educational offerings through a webinar format, our Forum webinars are a perfect fit.
Call For Proposals is open for Commission and individual submissions until June 30, 2020 and we reopen for Exhibitors from Sept. 1 – Dec. 1, 2020.
Conference Session Proposals
USITT is now accepting proposals from theatre professionals, practitioners, and educators for USITT 2021 in Columbus. If you have a topic you’d like to present in 2021 in Columbus, submit your proposal for consideration using the separate links below.
Topics will be accepted in all disciplines taught at USITT by members, non-members, and exhibitors alike. Sessions vary from entry-level to advanced and 60-minute to full-day training.
Proposing a session does not require that you chair the session, or serve as a panelist on the session. The proposals may vary in skill level as well as audience interest. You may submit up to two proposals.
New This Year: Year-Round Forum Webinars
USITT is now accepting proposals for year-round online education. These Forum webinars will begin summer 2020 and run through 2021, They will run much like our current Forum @ Four webinars from the past few weeks.
Categories for these upcoming Forums include Designers Forum, Management Forum, Makers Forum, Innovation Forum, and Leadership Forum. These are subject to change.
