Summary
Join OSF’s Props Team! We’re hiring a seasonal Props Artisan to build, modify, and transport props for our 2026 productions. You'll also help maintain inventory, shop spaces, and tools. Position is covered by IATSE Local 154. Check out OSF Props at https://www.osfashland.org/en/prod/props.aspx

Hands-on experience in prop fabrication, carpentry, sewing, and scenic work. Must be able to read construction drawings, lift up to 75 lbs, and work at heights. Collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to support a positive, inclusive workplace are essential. Theatre or related experience required.
