Bachelor's degree and significant professional work required.
A minimum of three years theatrical and technical experience.
Strong knowledge of structural engineering as it applies to theatrical construction
Knowledge of and ability to execute theatrical rigging in a safe and functional manner
Experience with set construction and equipment including saws, drills, planers, sanders, metalworking equipment, welders, and painting equipment. Knowledge of CNC machine use and 3D printing a plus.
Experience with theatrical equipment such as sound and lighting equipment.
Significant experience with CAD programs (Vectorworks or AutoCAD).
Previous supervisory experience required.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under tight time constraints required.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
