Wardrobe Team Hiring: Attendant, Adult Cast Lead & Children’s Cast Wardrobe Tech

Talmi Entertainment is hiring three wardrobe professionals for our 2025 national Nutcracker! Magical Christmas Ballet tour: Wardrobe Attendant, Wardrobe Lead (Adult Cast), and Wardrobe Lead (Children’s Cast). All team members will support the care, repair, and organization of approximately 200 costumes and equipment (11 gondolas), participate in fittings, manage dressing rooms, and assist with show quick changes.
The Adult Cast Lead will oversee all professional cast wardrobe needs, lead repairs, assign dressing rooms, and run adult quick changes. The Children’s Cast Wardrobe Tech will serve as liaison with local dance schools, manage youth fittings and dressing rooms, complete children’s repairs, and support the adult wardrobe as needed. The Wardrobe Attendant will assist both departments, fit youth roles, support repairs, and prioritize adult cast needs during shows.
Requirements: strong sewing/alteration skills, tutu knowledge, ballet/touring experience preferred, flexibility, and teamwork. Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office required.
Crew will travel city-to-city via sleeper coach with daily performances.
Compensation: $1200–$1600/week, including per diem, based on experience.
