Miami, FL– At Mana Wynwood earlier this year, something special happened. Under the glitter of disco balls and the theme of Studio 54 Glamour, over 700 people came together to celebrate music, community, and the students shaping the future of both. The 12th Annual Gala for Young Musicians Unite wasn’t just a party. It was a statement, and the event raised over $1.6 million for the non-profit that has helped over 35,000 students in South Florida since 2013. And DAS Audio was honored to be part of it.

Thanks to this year’s record-breaking gala, YMU will expand its programs to serve over 12,000 students across 74 Miami-Dade schools in the 2025–2026 school year. That means more instruments in kids’ hands, more music in classrooms, and more moments where students can shine. It also supports YMU’s growing Studio program, offering free access to recording and production tools so young artists can create and share their work.
