A very happy 2020 to you all!

This year marks the 60th anniversary of USITT and oh, how we have grown. Quoting from our website, “USITT was founded in 1960 as an organization to promote dialogue, research, and learning among practitioners of theatre design and technology. USITT is now the leader in life-long learning opportunities for the entertainment design and technology industry.”  

By now you have heard of the Setting the Next Stage Campaign. Our aim is to raise money to enhance the finances of the Institute and build a foundation for the continued growth of the organization. The generosity and support of our community have been overwhelming and I am thrilled and humbled to report that we have reached 93 percent of our $600,000 goal! This monetary support is a tangible sign of the important role USITT plays in our industry 60 years after its founding.

But we are not over the last hurdle yet. If you have given previously to the campaign, I thank you. If you have been putting off giving, now is the time. No gift is too small.
