OSHA Provides Resources for Suicide Prevention

As part of OSHA's ongoing outreach related to suicide prevention and mental health in the workplace, they have released a new poster, Suicide Prevention in Construction: 5 Things You Should Know, in both English and Spanish. Developed with support from the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and the Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention, this resource is intended for use in the construction industry, which continues to face a significantly higher rate of suicide than private industry overall.

You can find the poster below. For more information about Construction Suicide Prevention Week (September 9-13), please visit constructionsuicideprevention.com. For more information on suicide prevention in the workplace, please visit osha.gov/preventingsuicides.
