TAZAAR Begins Next Phase Of Growth

October 1, 2025

London, UKTAZAAR has entered a new phase in its development, leaving the proof-of-concept stage as its GeoTag line of GPS solutions gains industry acceptance as best practice for equipment tracking and visibility. To mark this shift, TAZAAR has unveiled a new website that puts a greater focus on its available GPS range alongside information designed to explain how its technology helps to meet new regulations and protect high-value mobile equipment.

“TAZAAR has evolved rapidly as we proved how we could solve an industry-wide problem,” explains Lisa Stafford, CEO of TAZAAR. “We have been through a fast-paced development phase, working hand-in-hand with industry professionals. At PLASA London 2024, we had a working prototype. Over the following few months, this was being field tested by event professionals, and their feedback was used to help us refine the tools to create a second generation of the product which was unveiled at ISE 2025. Following more feedback and further development, we will be back at ISE in 2026 with a full range of GeoTag GPS solutions. Our new website reflects the way the company has developed, providing industry professionals with a true reflection of who we are and what we can offer.”

The new website is also a useful hub for TAZAAR’s growing distribution network. The manufacturer is currently trialling relationships with a number of distributors and resellers across Europe, and the resources that form the backbone of the site have been particularly valuable in getting new partners up to speed with how TAZAAR solves industry-wide challenges.

“When people understand the purpose of our AssetID and GeoTag products, they quickly see the value that they can bring to their operations,” reflects Stafford. “The content of our new website sets out the value that we offer and how our technology helps to overcome some of the biggest challenges faced by the industry today. Our new partners are finding it invaluable.”
One of the aspects that has proved particularly useful is the information on the impending EU regulation for Digital Product Passports. This is a regulation that all manufacturers who want to sell electronic equipment into the European Union will soon have to meet.

“Some people see regulatory demands as a bit of a chore, but the protection that DPP can offer consumers and the visibility it will provide for product reuse and recycling is critical,” says Stafford. “It is a challenge that the AV industry will have to face, and at TAZAAR, our AssetID solution will not only ensure that you comply to the regulatory requirements, but it will also provide value-add features above and beyond this. The new website details exactly how we can help manufacturers to meet these regulations and provide a value-added service to their customers.”

With TAZAAR established as the de facto industry standard for professional product tracking and traceability, the new website provides a crucial resource for those new to the subject.
