The Department of Theatre Arts and Dance in the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Texas at Arlington invites applications for a full time associate or assistant professor of practice in theatrical design and technology, non-tenure track.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Teach courses within the Theatre Design and Technology area and/or other courses as assigned. Supervise scenic painting and props for all productions. Supervision of student design and technology assignments. Serve as scenic paint and properties shops supervisor and oversee relevant practicum areas for all productions. Serve on department committees. Reports to the Chair of the Department of Theatre Arts and Dance.
