The Department of Theatre and Dance at the State University of New York, Fredonia, is actively seeking applications for a full-time lecturer position in Costume Design. This position is initially secured by a one-year contract, with the opportunity for annual renewal.
Applicants must possess an MFA in Costume Design for Theatre or a related discipline (Costume Technology) from an accredited institution by August 2024, along with prior university teaching experience. Responsibilities entail teaching undergraduate courses in Acting and Directing for both B.F.A. and B.A. programs as assigned. Preferred qualifications include directing experience at the professional or university level.
