The Production Manager/Technical Director is a 12 month, full-time position. The PM/TD oversees all production team members and is the leadership role of PAD productions. This role is responsible for creating production season calendars and deadlines, creating and maintaining each show and shop budget, managing a team of production staff, and overseeing rentals. In addition to administrative duties, this role will serve as the master carpenter for all PAD productions, traditionally four (4) theatre and three (3) dance productions per academic year.
