The Technical Director will work closely with faculty, staff and students to provide critical technical support for Mead Witter School of Music events located in the Hamel Music Center and other academic spaces. This ideal candidate for this position will have current technical theater knowledge and experience in the operation and maintenance of acoustical/sound and theatrical lighting systems, video/data projection equipment and the operation of stage rigging and lift equipment.

This position requires proficiency in sound, stage lighting, video systems, production support and
stage management.
Ability to coordinate, supervise and train student employees in event production support and operational tasks preferred.
Theatrical rigging certification (ETCP) preferred but not required.
